This 5 week course includes a weekly Tuesday night live online interactive group sessions (one and a half hours) to delve into the areas of understanding what emotional intelligence actually is and the benefits of this skill set, developing self-awareness , developing confidence, the all too common behaviour of people pleasing (especially so for women) and the trap of the guilt trip.
As a private small Facebook group, we will explore these topics as a part of gaining an understanding of emotional intelligence.
Also included are workbooks and videos to support your personal development journey throughout each week and a group live webinar each week.
Interactive live online course every Tuesday night from 7pm to 8:30pm starting on 18th January 2022 and including 25th January, 1st February, 8th February and 15th February 2022.

Self-care is a form of self-love. It’s a way of nourishing ourselves deeply and completely.
It’s a practice of meeting our own needs = physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Self-care is about taking small daily actions to meet your own needs and support your own self. When you do this you rely less on the external world to give you what you need and you are more able to find what you are seeking within yourself.
We need to do more of these things that energise us and make us happy and less of the things that drain and exhaust us.
This course which will be building and building on the many hours of self-care workshops that I run to examine all different aspects of our life. Putting the daily behaviours and patterns under a microscope and examining what is working and not working for you and how we can improve our life from average to amazing with a few tweaks here and there.

Take the time to examine the different aspects of your life to improve it!

In this course we will use the wheel of life tool to examine the 8 different aspects of your life.
From there we can put a spotlight on what we can and need to do to uplevel our life so that it keeps getting better and better.
This wheel of life tool can be used again and again anytime in the future to look at each area of life and take your life to an even higher level.
This course is product of the many hours of self-care workshops that I run to examine all different aspects of our life. I also use this tool with clients with my one-on-one coaching sessions.

Your Inner Critic
Let’s look at what is holding you back in your life.
What internal dialogue is going on in your head?
What is the tape recorder playing in your head saying? Often that internal dialogue, the tape that is playing inside our head is a very critical one!
Those negative thoughts about ourselves is what is holding us back from being our full, authentic self in all our glory.
We need to realise that our thoughts have power. Incredible power.
